Brookfield’s Prudential Real Estate and Real Living Real Estate franchise enterprises are now part of the Home Services family, including Long Realty Company in Tucson. The addition of franchise enterprises will strengthen the enviable foundation that our company (the home company of the Fine Homes Team is Long Realty Company) is built on.
With the addition of the Prudential and Real Living franchise networks the HomeServices on America network increases us to nearly 70,000 agents in over 1,700 office locations throughout all 50 states with over 72 billion in total sales volume in 2011. Currently, HomeServices owns and operates nine Prudential brokerages and one Real Living brokerage, so this move is a natural progression of those relationships. The remaining Prudential and Real Living companies, across the country, will remain independently owned and operated franchisees in this newly announced network. HomeServices is also introducing a new franchise brand called Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

This transaction fast-tracks the expansion of HomeServices into one of the strongest national real estate networks in the country. It will help drive explosive growth throughout the HomeServices organization, potentially increasing our relocation business as well.
Long Realty Company has been and will continue to be the premier real estate brand in Southern Arizona. As announced at our company meeting on Oct 17th, Long Realty introduced an enhanced brand logo “Long Realty Company, A Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate”. This new Long Realty logo will allow us to co-brand our existing strong local name with the esteemed Berkshire Hathaway national brand. We are currently developing an implementation plan for the new logo and will share those details with you as soon as they are finalized.
